Watch The Full Trailer For COVID Horror Film ‘Dashcam’ From Blumhouse

A new horror film titled ‘Dashcam‘ will surely spark some heated debate online, thanks in large part to its subject matter.

The movie is set during the early days of the pandemic, and follows an “indulgent and self-deluded improv musician” who steals her ex-band mate’s car and makes the wrong decision to give a ride to an elderly woman who is not what she seems.

According to the reports, this found footage horror flick is about a “noxious pandemic denier,” so that will probably raise some eyebrows.

Dashcam was produced by Jason Blum and Douglas Cox. Rob Savage directed the film, based on a script he co-wrote with Gemma Hurley and Jed Shepherd.

The indie horror flick stars Annie Hardy, Amar Chadha-Patel and Seylan Baxter. It’s scheduled to hit select theaters and be released on demand on June 3.
