The 55-year-old actor is starring in the upcoming sci-fi horror film, Color Out of Space. The movie is being directed/written by Richard Stanley, who got his inspiration from the classic short story by H.P. Lovecraft.

After a meteorite lands in the front yard of their farm, Nathan Gardner and his family find themselves battling a mutant extraterrestrial organism as it infects their minds and bodies, transforming their quiet rural life into a technicolor nightmare.
Sounds like a perfect movie for Cage, huh? It was made for him. He’ll co-star in the film alongside Joely Richardson, Madeleine Arthur, Brendan Meyer and Tommy Chong.
