The First Trailer For The Unwanted ‘Baywatch’ Film Has Been Released, Check Out The Action Inside!

We told you a few days ago that a trailer for the new Baywatch film would be released this week, and now you can see we weren’t lying. The first official trailer was released this morning by Dwayne Johnson.

As we reported earlier this week, the release date for this film was pushed back one week. Instead of being released May 19, 2017, it will hit theaters May 26, 2017. The change was made because the weekend of the 26th is less crowded.

It’s rumored that both Pamela Anderson and David Hasselhoff will make special appearances in this adaption of their 1990s hit TV show.

This trailer focuses on Johnson and Zac Efron, though. Johnson is playing Hasselhoff’s role as Mitch Buchannon, the lead lifeguard. Efron plays a character named Matt Brody, who is hired as a PR stunt to “drum up more interest in the team’s work.”

And as you might expect, Buchannon and Brody don’t exactly see eye to eye, or maybe pec to pec would be more appropriate here.

Anyway, you can check out the official synopsis and trailer below…

Baywatch follows devoted lifeguard Mitch Buchannon (Johnson) as he butts heads with a brash new recruit (Efron). Together, they uncover a local criminal plot that threatens the future of the Bay.”

The New ‘Fifty Shades Darker’ Trailer Features Shower Sex And More Helicopter Rides

Did you not get enough sex and mediocre writing from the first Fifty Shades movie? Well, we got some good news for you. The team has returned for the sequel, Fifty Shades Darker, and a new trailer has just been released.

Both Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson have returned to star, and that’s honestly a bit shocking because at one point it looked like neither one of them would return. However, a change in directors got everyone feeling good about the franchise again, and now here we are.

This new trailer features a string of extravagant scenes, including a super realistic helicopter crash and some steamy shower sex. In the background, you can hear Miguel’s cover of Beyonce’s Crazy In Love.

As mentioned above, the franchise has a new director. James Foley (Fear, House of Cards) has agreed to direct this film and the next movie in the series, Fifty Shades Freed.

Fifty Shades Darker will be released February 10th 2017, which is Valentine’s Day, so make sure you buy your tickets early. Your basic wife will appreciate it.

Check out the synopsis and trailer below…

“When a wounded Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan) tries to entice a cautious Ana Steele (Dakota Johnson) back into his life, she demands a new arrangement before she will give him another chance. As the two begin to build trust and find stability, shadowy figures from Christian’s past start to circle the couple, determined to destroy their hopes for a future together.”

What The Heck? The Teaser Trailer For ‘Cars 3’ Looks More Like An Independent Drama Marketed Toward Adults (VIDEO)

acars

I didn’t watch the second film in the Cars franchise, but I’m confident it was designed for kids just like the original film was. A goofy, entertaining movie that your whole family can enjoy. You know, if you can stand to listen to Larry the Cable Guy for almost two hours.

Cars 3 is scheduled to hit theaters on June 16, 2017, and the first teaser trailer was released this past weekend. The trailer is just 45-seconds long, but it delivers an emotional slap to the face.

In the teaser, Lightning McQueen goes through a frightening crash on the track. It’s a little too realistic, especially when the parts and debris start flying all over the place.

And then to sprinkle more drama on the trailer, they end with this menacing message, “From this moment, everything will change.”

What does that mean? Does McQueen give up racing and become an Uber driver? Because I would love that. Sadly, I don’t think that’s the case. Variety describes the plot of the film as this:

“The upcoming film will focus on McQueen, voiced by Owen Wilson, enlisting his new friend Cruz Ramirez as a technician to compete against a new generation of racers. The characters Mater (voiced by Larry the Cable Guy), Sally (Bonnie Hunt), and Ramone (Cheech Marin) will return.”

Christmas Is Getting Dirty With New Red-Band Trailer For ‘Why Him?’ Starring Bryan Cranston And James Franco

Looking for a movie to watch with your grandma during the holidays? Well, we got the perfect film for you. It’s the classic scenario, what does a father do when his daughter falls for the wrong guy?

Bryan Cranston plays the loving (slightly strange) father of a successful and bright woman played by Zoey Deutch. When Zoey’s character brings her new boyfriend (James Franco) home for the holidays, Cranston is shocked to see how vulgar and douchey this guy is.

When you look at the cast, you think, “Wow! This movie is going to be amazing!” but then you watch the trailer and see just how generic it looks.

Maybe the folks behind ‘Why Him?’ are trying to keep the best jokes out of the trailers, but that seems extremely unlikely because that goes against everything Hollywood stands for.

It just looks like such a safe movie, and that’s not what you’re looking for when you hear that Bryan Cranston and James Franco are making an R-rated comedy together.

But hey, I’ll still give it a chance. Maybe it’ll surprise everyone. It’s scheduled to be released December 23, 2016.

HBO Releases Unsettling Trailer For ‘Beware the Slenderman’ Documentary, Check It Out Inside (VIDEO)

For years Slenderman, the urban-legend monster, that only existed on the internet was a harmless game to scare your friends with and film their reaction for YouTube. But the fun was ruined back in 2014 when two girls in middle school stabbed their mutual friend nearly 20 times and left her bleeding out in the woods.

The two girls told officers that Slenderman told them to kill their friend. The sickening crime shocked the internet. Recently, the girls who committed the crime were diagnosed with mental illness, and now HBO has made a documentary about the incident.

Beware the Slenderman will focus on the crime, but it’ll also travel deep inside the internet, to the places no parent wants their children to go. The documentary will examine how these legends and stories influence the thoughts of children all over the world.

Irene Taylor Brodsky is the director behind this documentary, which is scheduled to be released on HBO January 23, 2017. You’ll probably want to watch this with a group of people in a room with great lighting. Heck, go all out and hire a few security guards.

The First Trailer For Luc Besson’s Huge Sci-Fi Film ‘Valerian’ Has A Little Something For Everyone

Cara Delevingne and Dane DeHaan must be delighted to see how gorgeous the first trailer for their film ‘Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets’ looks. The space epic, directed by Luc Besson, has every single thing a sci-fi fan could want.

Sweet spaceships, stylish spacesuits, weapons, monsters, portals, aliens, and a bunch of other really neat sh*t. The film is based on Pierre Christin’s French comic series. This trailer is almost too much to handle. It’s like eating an entire cake for breakfast. You love it while you’re eating it, but after you take that last bite, it’s like, “What did I just do? And how long before I can do it again?”

This movie also has an impressive cast. We mentioned Delevingne and DeHaan above, but you also have Ethan Hawke, John Goodman and Clive Owen. Oh, and yes that is a Beatles song you hear playing during the trailer. Besson claims it’s the first time the group has let one of their songs be used in a trailer. Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr had to sign off on it.

It’s scheduled to be released July 21, 2017. Check out the official synopsis and trailer below…

“Valerian (Dane DeHaan) and Laureline (Cara Delevingne) are special operatives for the government of the human territories charged with maintaining order throughout the universe. Valerian has more in mind than a professional relationship with his partner- blatantly chasing after her with propositions of romance. But his extensive history with women, and her traditional values, drive Laureline to continuously rebuff him.

Under directive from their Commander (Clive Owen), Valerian and Laureline embark on a mission to the breathtaking intergalactic city of Alpha, an ever-expanding metropolis comprised of thousands of different species from all four corners of the universe.”

Jackie Chan’s ‘Kung Fu Yoga’ Just Released Its First Trailer And It Looks Like A Lot Of Fun

We are nearing the end of the year, which means we’re about to be inundated with Oscar-worthy films that will make you cry and think about life in a completely different way. It’s our favorite time of year, but it can get a little exhausting.

Sometimes you simply want to be entertained. You don’t want to think or cry. You just want to see Jackie Chan kick some ass, and thankfully you’ll be able to see Chan kick some serious butt in the upcoming film Kung Fu Yoga.

The 62-year-old actor plays a professor of archeology who discovers a rare artifact known as the Shiva Eye, and then a bunch of sh*t happens that you don’t care about as long as Chan kicks someone in the face. But if you do care about the plot, you can check out the official synopsis below.

It’s scheduled to be released in China on January 28, 2017. We’re not sure if/when the U.S. release will happen, but we will keep you posted. By the way, you’ll be able to hear Chan in the upcoming animated films The Nut Job 2 and The Lego Ninjago Movie.

“Chinese archeology professor Jack (Chan) teams up with beautiful Indian professor Ashmita and assistant Kyra to locate lost Magadha treasure. In a Tibetan ice cave, they find the remains of the royal army that had vanished together with the treasure, only to be ambushed by Randall (Sonu Sood), the descendent of a rebel army leader. When they free themselves, their next stop is Dubai where a diamond from the ice cave is to be auctioned. After a series of double-crosses and revelations about their past, Jack and his team travel to a mountain temple in India, using the diamond as a key to unlock the real treasure.”

Ryan Reynolds And Jake Gyllenhaal And Aliens, Oh My! Watch The Trailer For Their New Film ‘Life’

Another alien movie? Sure. You can never have too many alien films. Jake Gyllenhaal, Ryan Reynolds and Rebecca Ferguson star in the sci-fi thriller as a group of ridiculously good-looking astronauts on a mission to find life on Mars.

The first trailer for Life was released during Sunday night’s episode of The Walking Dead. In the teaser, Ariyon Bakare’s character examines a large, single cell: “We’re looking at the first proof of life beyond Earth,” he proclaims.

And Reynolds, still trying to shake off those sarcasm-filled cobwebs from his time on Deadpool, jumps in with this line, “You’re finally a daddy. It’s going to be a big custody battle over this one.”

But then the trailer takes a violent turn when the organism attacks and kills the poor scientist. This film was written by the same writing team, Paul Wernick & Rhett Reese, behind Zombieland and Deadpool.

It’s scheduled to be released May 26, 2017. That’s Memorial Day weekend, so the studio is expecting big things from the movie.

Check out the official synopsis and trailer below…

“‘Life’ tells the story of the six-member crew of the International Space Station that is on the cutting edge of one of the most important discoveries in human history: the first evidence of extraterrestrial life on Mars. As the crew begins to conduct research, their methods end up having unintended consequences and the life form proves more intelligent than anyone ever expected.”

‘Man Down’ Shows Shia LaBeouf At His Best, Watch The Powerful Trailer Inside

You can call Shia Labeouf a bunch of things and most of them would be accurate. He’s crazy, funny, an a**hole, unpredictable, and extremely talented. And the talent is the thing we should be focusing on. He’s an outstanding actor and sometimes people forget that because of all the drama surrounding his personal life.

But it’s going to be difficult to ignore his talent while watching the ‘Man Down‘ trailer at the bottom of this page. In the film, he portrays a U.S. Marine named Gabriel who returns home from war to find America in disarray, and his wife and son are missing. During his search for his family, he struggles with PTSD, and that’s what the trailer shows the most.

The battles going on inside his own head.

Man Down first premiered at the Venice Film Festival a year ago and is finally being released this year. It’s scheduled to come out December 2. Critics are split on this movie so far, but almost all of them praise Shia for his performance.

The movie also stars Gary Oldman, Jai Courtney, Kate Mara, and Clifton Collins Jr. It was directed by Dito Montiel, who worked with Shia in 2006 on A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints.

Check out the official synopsis and trailer below…

“When U.S. Marine Gabriel Drummer (Shia LaBeouf) returns home from his tour in Afghanistan, he finds that the place he once called home is no better than the battlefields he fought on overseas. Accompanied by his best friend Devin Roberts (Jai Courtney), a hardnosed marine whose natural instinct is to shoot first and ask questions later, he searches desperately for the whereabouts of his estranged son, Jonathan (Charlie Shotwell) and wife, Natalie (Kate Mara). In their search, the two intercept Charles (Clifton Collins), a man carrying vital information about the whereabouts of Gabriel’s family. As we revisit the past, we are guided in unraveling the puzzle of Gabriel’s experience and what will eventually lead us to finding his family.”

Alec Baldwin’s Voice Stars In DreamWorks Animation’s New Trailer For Comedy ‘The Boss Baby’

First of all, what the heck is The Boss Baby? There hasn’t been a lot of information about it, so let’s get you updated. The 3D computer-animated comedy is loosely based on a picture book of the same name, which was illustrated and written by Marla Frazee.

And according to wiki, the plot centers on a “fast-talking, briefcase-carrying” infant called Baby Boss. Alec Baldwin voices the character, who accidentally gets tangled up in a scheme that threatens to “destabilize the balance of love in the world.”

He and his 7-year-old brother, Tim, must work together to save their family and the rest of the world. Jimmy Kimmel and Lisa Kudrow will voice their parents and Patton Oswalt serves as a grown-up version of Tim who will guide us through the film.

Tom McGrath is the director. His directing credits include the Madagascar films and Megamind, so it’s safe to say this movie is in good hands.

DreamWorks has been on a roll lately with How to Train Your Dragon 2 and Kung Fu Panda 3. Their next project, Trolls, will come out next month. The Boss Baby will be released March 31, 2017.
