The First Trailer For ‘Jigsaw’ Has Arrived, Watch At Your Own Risk! (VIDEO)

Last month, we told you that the upcoming eighth film in the Saw horror franchise had a name change. It was originally titled Saw: Legacy, but they decided to change it to Jigsaw.

At the time we wrote:

“The horror franchise revolves around the character John Kramer, also known as the Jigsaw killer, so the new title certainly makes sense. The movie is scheduled to open October 27, 2017 in the United States. It’ll be released worldwide in 2018.”

Well, now we are pleased to announce the release of the film’s first trailer. And surprisingly, it’s a well made trailer. We didn’t expect much, considering the Saw franchise went downhill pretty fast after the first few films.

The franchise has been slammed by critics, but the movies continue to get made because they make good money. Or great money, actually. The seven Saw films have made over $870 million worldwide, and that’s really impressive considering the combined budget was just $67 million.

Check out the trailer for Jigsaw below. It will hit theaters right in time for Halloween on October 27, 2017.
