Mockumentary Film ‘Tour De Pharmacy’ Releases First Trailer Starring Andy Samberg And Orlando Bloom

HBO has released the first trailer for Tour de Pharmacy, a spoof of the doping scandals that have plagued professional biking for several years.

This film stars Andy Samberg, Orlando Bloom, Will Forte, Daveed Diggs, and features performances by Mike Tyson, John Cena and Chris Webber.

It was written by Murray Miller and directed by Jake Szymanski. They previously teamed up together to create the outrageous tennis comedy 7 Days in Hell. The comedy starred Samberg and Kit Harington as two tennis rivals who battled it out in a match that lasted seven days.

Tour de Pharmacy will premiere on HBO July 8 at 10pm. You can check out the official synopsis and trailer below…

“In 1982, during a dark and fictitious time in cycling history, the sport’s most venerable, time-honored race was marred by the doping of virtually all of its competitors. Riddled with nefarious characters, that year’s competition was a hornet’s nest of moral depravity. Through the perspective of five riders, TOUR DE PHARMACY gives an inside look into the grim realities of the darkest event in a sport notoriously tainted by controversy.”
