HBO has released the first trailer for ‘Fahrenheit 451‘ starring Michael B. Jordan and Michael Shannon. For those who don’t know, the film is based on Ray Bradbury’s 1953 dystopian novel of the same name. It follows a futuristic American society where books are destroyed to censor and limit knowledge.
This movie is directed by Ramin Bahrani, and in addition to Shannon and Jordan, it co-stars Sofia Boutella, Lilly Singh and Laura Harrie. It’s expected to be released on HBO in May.
People are madly in love with this book, so I have to imagine the audience is going to be tough on this movie. If this movie sucks, you’re never going to hear the end of it.
