You all know there is nothing Hollywood loves more than sequels/remakes/re-dos/reboots. We’re not sure what category ‘Christopher Robin‘ falls in. It might check all the boxes, so it’s the perfect movie for a studio.

Marc Forster is the director behind this live-action project for Disney. Ewan McGregor stars as “the grown up iteration of the titular character who has lost his way.” And of course, it’s up to his childhood friends to help him remember his past. Winnie the Pooh, Tigger and even Eeyore will make appearances in this movie.

In addition to McGregor, Hayley Atwell, Bronte Carmichael and Mark Gatiss also star. Brad Garrett will be voicing Eeyore, which might be the most perfect voice casting ever.

Christopher Robin is expected to hit theaters August 3, 2018. Check out the official synopsis and trailer below…

“In the heartwarming ‘Christopher Robin,’ the young boy who embarked on countless adventures in the Hundred Acre Wood with his band of spirited and lovable stuffed animals, has grown up and lost his way.
