First Image Of Mark Duplass In ‘Creep 2’ Who Will His Next Victim Be?

Back in 2014/2015, Mark Duplass made everyone look at him in a different way when he starred in the found footage horror film Creep. The indie flick was directed by Patrick Brice and was written by Duplass and Brice. It worked with a tiny budget and found success after receiving a 96% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

After the film premiered at South by Southwest, Duplass made it clear that a plan was in place for a sequel, and he was not lying. On Wednesday it was announced that Creep 2 would be released on digital platforms on October 24. Later in the year, it’ll be released on Netflix.

The Hollywood Reporter gives us more details:

“Creep 2 stars Desiree Akhavan as a video artist whose primary focus is creating intimacy with lonely men. After finding an ad online for ‘video work,’ she drives to a remote house in the forest and meets a man claiming to be a serial killer (Duplass). Unable to resist the chance to create a truly shocking piece of art, she agrees to spend the day with him, but then realizes she may have dug herself into a hole she can’t escape.”

The first image of Duplass in the sequel was also released. You can check that out at the top of the page, and if you haven’t watched the original film, check out the trailer below…
