Back in 2015, after filming Spectre for 8 long months, Daniel Craig claimed he was done with the James Bond franchise for a bit. He said he’d rather slash his wrists with broken glass than star in another Bond film.

But now that he’s had a nice break for a year or two, it looks like he’s more than ready to return. He just recently confirmed that the 25th installment of the Bond franchise will be his next movie.

He also revealed that he hopes this upcoming movie will appeal more to women. During the Opportunity Network’s annual gala in New York City, Craig spoke about how he’s been trying to make the films appeal more to women for the past few years.

“I’ve been trying to do that gently for the past four movies and I’ll continue to do that. We’re right in the middle of doing it.”

The days of Bond seducing beautiful women all over the world might be over, which is probably a good thing because it was beginning to feel a bit outdated.

As of right now, this upcoming Bond movie is scheduled to be released November 8, 2019. No title has been announced, but we will keep you posted.
