Back in July, we shared the first teaser trailer for ‘Jojo Rabbit‘ with you all. The “anti-hate satire’ film starring Scarlett Johansson, Sam Rockwell and Rebel Wilson is set to hit theaters next month, and to get everyone excited, a new full trailer was released.
Jojo Rabbit is directed by Taika Waititi, who is also starring in the movie as an imaginary version of Adolf Hitler.
The trailer features young star Roman Griffin as young German boy Jojo, who discovers a young Jewish girl hiding in the house he shares with his mom (Johansson). Rockwell plays a Nazi captain, while Waititi appears as the Jojo’s imaginary friend, a weird and funny version of Adolf Hitler.
Sounds pretty strange, right? But also a little intriguing? Eh? Yeah.
The film is premiering at the Toronto International Film Festival this weekend. It’ll then be released inside theaters October 18, 2019.
