Ryan Reynolds And The Rest Of The Cast Of ‘Free Guy’ Have Some Fun In Trailer Announcement

Ryan Reynolds is known for his rather unique marketing techniques. We saw a handful of clever promotions for the ‘Deadpool’ films, and now we’re seeing the same thing for the upcoming comedy Free Guy.

The movie, which was directed by Shawn Levy, follows Reynolds as ‘Guy’, a bank teller who learns he’s a non-player character (NPC) in a violent open-world video game.

In addition to Reynolds, Free Guy stars Lil Rel Howery, Joe Keery and Jodie Comer.

The movie sounds entertaining as hell. A trailer is expected to drop tomorrow, and to promote the trailer, the cast released the hilarious video you see below.

In the clip, Reynolds tries to sell items from Guy’s wardrobe, joking that all Disney films need to sell merchandise. The movie is being distributed by 20th Century Fox, which means it’s owned partly by Disney.

It looks like (at least from this short clip) that the cast has great chemistry, which could be a good sign for the movie.

Free Guy will hit theaters July 3, 2020.

Check Out New Avengers Inspired Poster For Upcoming ‘Jay and Silent Bob’ Reboot

Kevin Smith is one of the most talented filmmakers of our time. He might be under your radar, but he shouldn’t be. We nearly lost him to a heart attack back in 2018, but thankfully doctors were able to save his life.

Since the health scare, Smith has dropped a considerable amount of weight and is currently thriving on a vegan diet.

And now that he’s feeling better, he’s ready to get back to work. The writer/director just released a new Avengers: Endgame-inspired poster for his upcoming Jay and Silent Bob Reboot.

He also shared an exclusive clip from the film.

The stoner icons who first hit the screen 25 years ago in CLERKS are back!  When Jay and Silent Bob discover that Hollywood is rebooting an old movie based on them, the clueless duo embark on another cross-country mission to stop it all over again!

This film is expected to hit theaters October 15, 2019, and yes…the whole cast returned for this reboot, including Jason Mewes, Jason Lee and Shannon Elizabeth.

WATCH: M.I.A.’S ‘Paper Planes’ Sung By 210 Movies (VIDEO)

It’s Friday (Friday, Friday) and since the world is a bit sh*t right now, we decided to share a pretty silly (but also very cool) video with you all.

A YouTuber named ‘The Unusual Suspect‘ put together a 5-minute video featuring 210 movies performing M.I.A.’s Paper Planes song. And you’d think putting together a video like this would take hours, maybe even days, but apparently it’s not all that complicated. The creator commented that there is a site where you can search for specific words and it will provide movie clips with those words.

But still, to edit it all so smoothy takes some serious talent and effort. Check out the video below, and then curse me for getting this song stuck in your head for the next week.

Chloe Grace Moretz And Ansel Elgort Share Intimate Moment Together In Bed In New Clip For Their Film ‘November Criminals’

Ansel Elgort is one of the hottest stars in Hollywood, thanks to his outstanding work in Baby Driver. And if that was the only film he starred in this year, it would have been more than enough.

But Elgort will hit theaters one more time in 2017. The 23-year-old actor co-stars in November Criminals with the talented Chloe Grace Moretz. The film, based on the popular coming-of-age novel by the same name, follows two college bound friends as they go against the authorities to uncover the truth behind their friend’s death.

I’m always down for a coming-of-age movie, and when you combine that with a “thriller” element, well, you’re probably going to have a fan in me.

Of course, there is a chance this movie is terrible. It will be released through video on demand on November 7, 2017. It’ll also have a limited release opening inside select theaters December 8, 2017.

Lady Gaga’s Netflix Documentary ‘Five Foot Two’ Releases Teaser Clips And Poster, Check Out The Emotional Ride Inside!

It’s easy to assume celebrities have a perfect life, but as we all know, money does not buy happiness. And it looks like you’ll be able to see that in action while watching Lady Gaga’s netflix documentary, Five Foot Two.

On Thursday, the 31-year-old singer tweeted, “I’m known for being larger than life, but really I’m just #GagaFiveFootTwo,” along with three teaser clips and the poster you see above.

In one of the clips, Gaga can be heard crying and talking to her designer-stylist Brandon Maxwell

“I’m alone, Brandon, every night and all these people will leave…and then I’ll be alone. And I go from everyone touching me all day and talking at me all day to total silence.”

I have to admit, these teasers have worked. I am excited for this documentary, but just in case you’re not sold, take a look at the official press release…

“Off-stage, in the studio, unplugged and at home, audiences get an unguarded glimpse at Gaga through a series of personal highs and lows and the culmination of a year’s emotional journey. From struggles with relationships to health issues, from finding solace in her inner circle to conquering her insecurities, Gaga: Five Foot Two navigates the divide between life as a superstar and life as an everyday woman.”

It’ll be released on Netflix Sept. 22, 2017.

Are you getting tired of us talking about Baby Driver? Too bad. We won’t stop until every single one of you have watched it, and we know there are still a few of you out there who have not watched it. Maybe you don’t want to spend the money, maybe you don’t have the time, or maybe you’re insane and you think it doesn’t look good.

We can’t accept any of those excuses. If you’re running low on money, see the movie during the day, or make your date pay for it. The time excuse is bullsh*t. There is always time.

And if you don’t think the film looks good? Well, uh, please watch the opening scene below. If the trailer didn’t convince you, this will probably do the trick.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FtZ_Zat3Ag8&ab_

How do you feel now? Just imagine that, but with theater speakers sending insane vibrations through your body. HOW COULD YOU PASS THAT UP?

The studio was nice enough to give you the opening scene. It’s on you to reward that great behavior. Pay it forward. Go see this movie, and you will not be disappointed. I promise you.

Damien Chazelle Just Shared A Super Cool Video Shot On His iPhone, Featuring Rehearsal Video Of The Opening Scene In ‘La La Land’ (VIDEO)

Damien Chazelle and the rest of the ‘La La Land’ crew are set to have a huge night this Sunday at the Oscars. The film has 14 nominations, which is tied for the most nominations ever for a single film.

But before the awards are handed out, you should check out this neat video Chazelle shared. The video, which was shot on Chazelle’s iPhone, shows one of the first rehearsals for the opening scene in La La Land.

As you can see, they weren’t able to shut down a freeway in Los Angeles for rehearsals too, so they had to scale things back a bit in a parking lot.

You can see how the rehearsals match up with the actual scene in the video below. It’s cool to see this rare look inside an Oscar nominated film.

WATCH: Elf Gets A Recut Horror Trailer And It’s Freaking Fantastic! (VIDEO)

Hopefully you have this Monday afternoon off with your family. Maybe you’re still sitting by the fireplace watching Christmas movies. And if you are, there is a good chance you have watched or you’re about to watch Elf.

The film was released back in 2003 and it’s already a holiday classic. It never gets old. But sometimes, you don’t want an uplifting story. Maybe you’re in the mood for a horror/thriller.

If that’s the case, you’ll love the trailer below. The fine folks at CineFix released a recut trailer of Elf this weekend, and it will change the way you see Buddy. Instead of a happy/loving Elf, Buddy appears to be a potentially dangerous mentally unstable man.

This just shows you how important music is in trailers. It sets the mood. It tells you what to think, even if the images on screen don’t exactly match.

If you want more of these recut trailers. Check out this one for Tim Allen’s The Santa Clause.

Evolution Of Dance Is Old News, Say Hello To The Evolution Of Movie Stunts…Super Cool Video Inside!

One of the most watched videos on YouTube is the Evolution of Dance video. The video is over 10 years old now, and there have been several people trying to recreate the magic with their own versions.

But it’s time to forget about the art of dance for a minute. We’re here to talk about about the stunts. A new video from All 4 features top Hollywood stuntman Damien Walters recreating some of the most classic movie stunts using a large treadmill and a little help from his friends.

You have some direct references to Indiana Jones and The Matrix in here. This video is pretty impressive, showing the evolution of stunts in film over the years in an entertaining/informative way.

It’s also a great cover letter for Walters. Not that he needs one, but he can just direct people to this video and land any job he wants.

It won’t be nearly as popular as the evolution of dance video, but it’s just as important. We only wish it went on a little longer.

WATCH: Every Deleted Joker Scene From ‘Suicide Squad’ In One Video, Including The Scenes Missing From The Extended Cut

Even if you’re not a huge fan of comic book movies, you’ll probably remember the controversy surrounding Jared Leto’s performance as the Joker in Suicide Squad. His performance was hyped for months, and his cast members told stories about how crazy he was on set, “He IS the Joker” they would say.

But then when the film was released, his character was barely in the movie. Most of his scenes were cut. It’s believed the studio wanted to stay away from showing the abusive side of the relationship between the Joker and Harley Quinn.

This obviously upset a lot of fans (and Leto himself) but most of them believed they would at least see the deleted scenes in the extended cut version of the movie. Sadly, that wasn’t the case either. The Joker was still missing.

Now, thanks to the internet, we are finally able to watch all of the deleted scenes involving the Joker. This shows the more violent side of the character, which is something that fans missed in the version of the film that was released in theaters.

This version of the Joker wouldn’t have saved the movie, but it would have at least made it more entertaining.
