The amazingly talented Bob Odenkirk will take a break from ‘Better Call Saul’ to co-star in Greta Gerwig’s upcoming ‘Little Women’ remake.
The remake, which will be written/directed by Gerwig, has an impressive cast. Odenkirk will join Meryl Streep, Laura Dern, Saoirse Ronan, Timothee Chalamet, Emma Watson and James Norton.
That is a stacked cast. It’s safe to say Gerwig has a lot to work with here. You’ll remember her solo directorial debut, Lady Bird, was a huge hit. It’s certified fresh on Rotten Tomatoes and earned the award for Best Motion Picture (Musical or Comedy) at the Golden Globe Awards.
There are not a lot of details surrounding this upcoming remake, but we will of course keep you posted when more information is released. If Gerwig can knock it out of the park again, Hollywood will be her playground. Every studio will give her the green light.
By the way, if you want to see Odenkirk in action right now, please watch season 4 of Better Call Saul. It might not be as good as Breaking Bad, but it’s pretty dang close.[mashshare]
